What happens if my car does not start?
If a professional jump-start attempt is unsuccessful due to reasons other than our equipment, you receive a partial refund for the service portion. The call-out fee remains payable to cover attendance.
What vehicles can you jump-start?
We can jump-start most 12V passenger vehicles, including cars, small vans, and 4x4s. If you have a specific large commercial vehicle, please contact us before booking to ensure compatibility.
